jones huyett Partners to provide creative services

Topeka, Kan. (August 2018) – The Kansas Children’s Discovery Center (KCDC) and jones huyett Partners (jhP) have formed a partnership to help promote the programs and exhibits the museum has to offer. To kick off the partnership, jhP employees will join KCDC members to host a Facebook Live event on Monday, Aug. 6 at 4 pm. During the Facebook Live event KCDC members will announce a much anticipated fall exhibit. Please tune into KCDC’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/kansaschildrensdiscoverycenter/.

“KCDC receives no public funding, we rely on visitors, members and donors to run the museum,” reported Dene’ Mosier, KCDC’s Exectuive Director. “We were honored and thrilled that jones huyett Partners recognizes the importance of KCDC to the Topeka and surrounding communities and eagerly accepted the opportunity to have them do our marketing for the 2018 year.”

Throughout the Facebook Live event, KCDC will lead viewers on a tour the children’s museum to highlight featured exhibits, while relating them to the benefits of this community partnership. “We believe KCDC is a unique Topeka asset that brings tourists from all over, stated Brittany Crabtree, Senior Strategist at jhP. “It’s good for Topeka and the people who live and work here. It’s pretty amazing to think about the fact that the museum has hosted visitors from all 50 states and 22 countries.“

KCDC is a hands-on children’s museum with a mission to enhance the lives of children and enrich the communities it serves. Since opening in 2011 in Topeka, Kansas, KCDC has become a special place where children can explore, create, discover and learn through play. KCDC’s Outreach programs bring quality, hands-on experiences into our community to inspire a lifelong love of learning for every child.
