Topeka, Kan. – jones huyett Partners (jhP), a regional advertising and marketing firm based in Topeka, has recently added Vicky Diaz-Camacho, Shelby Brokaw and Grayson Price to their creative team.
Diaz-Camacho is a May 2016 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Journalism. She served as editor-in-chief of the University Daily Kansan, where she supervised and mentored a staff of 29 editors, reporters, photographers and designers. Diaz-Camacho most recently served as arts desk intern at NPR where she assisted reporters, producers and editors, wrote daily web content and conducted research.
In her new role as copywriter and editor, she writes copy for various client projects, edits materials for the creative team, assists with research, helps provide insight for Hispanic marketing efforts and contributes to the agency’s social media efforts.
As a graphic designer at jhP, Brokaw uses her design skills to develop and implement creative solutions for the agency and its clients. Brokaw has a Bachelor of Journalism: Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Art Direction. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri Columbia.
In his role as Interactive Graphic Designer, Price works with the design team to create digital and print materials. Price has an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Johnson County Community College, specializing in both print and web applications. He is also actively involved in the community including volunteer work for AAF-Topeka, AAF-KC, and AIGA-KC.
